Key Responsibilities

  • •Own business travel compliance cases end to end, including business visas, posted worker and Social Security requirements, and associated documentation.
  • •Support employees through relocations and assignments, initiating provider cases, keeping moves on track, and answering employee questions.
  • •Execute entity transfers end to end and coordinate across systems so employees and stakeholders have what they need in time.
  • •Be the first line for global mobility questions from employees, hiring managers, and recruiters; escalate novel issues and turn repeat questions into documentation.
  • •Hold providers to their commitments, identify what they cannot do, and pick up project work as mobility programs expand.
