Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end editing process for social-first video and performance marketing ads from raw footage to platform-ready delivery.
•Collaborate with the Social and Performance Marketing teams to produce video assets optimised for paid channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google.
•Develop multiple creative variations of ads for A/B testing and iterate quickly based on performance data and team feedback.
•Stay on top of social platform trends, formats and best practices for platforms like TikTok and Reels.
•Maintain Fresha's brand identity, tone and quality standards across all assets and formats.

•At least 2 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio spanning social content and performance marketing ads.
