Key Responsibilities

•Advise enterprises on designing applications to integrate Box into their systems and migrate millions of files.
•Help customers integrate Box with their CRM and business processes, defining the best approaches for adoption and integration.
•Act as a trusted advisor, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders during digital transformations.
•Collaborate with Box’s Technology Consulting team to address complex customer challenges using domain expertise and thought leadership.
•Mentor and develop customers and internal teams, staying current with Box technologies and industry trends.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a consultative role
•2+ years of experience with SaaS and Cloud technologies
•Proficiency with Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET
•Understanding of the application development lifecycle, RESTful API design concepts, and scripting against APIs
•Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, OpenID, Active Directory and/or Single Sign-On standards
