Program Manager - Remediation

Lead and coordinate multiple environmental site investigation and remediation (SIR) projects, ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee planning and execution—from site characterization and remedial investigation through design, action, monitoring, and long-term site management—primarily across New York. Manage contractors and budgets, review technical and cost proposals, support rate case and regulatory proceedings, and engage stakeholders including regulators, municipalities, attorneys, and property owners.
