Job Summary

Manage incoming shipments for warehouse and operations teams by receiving, inspecting, and verifying materials against purchase orders and packing slips. Operate material-handling equipment to unload, move, and stage deliveries, and accurately document receipts and discrepancies in ERP or inventory systems. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics to resolve shipment issues, maintain a safe receiving area, and support cycle counts and inventory audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and packing slips.
•Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment to unload, move, and stage shipments.
•Document receipts, discrepancies, damages, and shortages in inventory or ERP systems.
•Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues quickly.
•Label, organize, and store received materials while following safety procedures; assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of receiving, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
•Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse/material-handling equipment preferred.
•Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, part numbers, and basic inventory documentation.
•Comfortable using computers, scanners, and inventory management systems.
•Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
