Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • •Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment to unload, move, and stage shipments.
  • •Document receipts, discrepancies, damages, and shortages in inventory or ERP systems.
  • •Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues quickly.
  • •Label, organize, and store received materials while following safety procedures; assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of receiving, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse/material-handling equipment preferred.
  • •Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, part numbers, and basic inventory documentation.
  • •Comfortable using computers, scanners, and inventory management systems.
