Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement production schedules for product specifications such as dimensions, colors, and profile
  • •Start up and shut down production lines and perform changes to stacks and dies, including cleaning and co-extruder screw work
  • •Set and update all extruder and co-extruder settings and configure McGuire settings and embossers
  • •Assure scheduled line maintenance is completed, adjust water bath settings, and change/clean vents
  • •Perform board quality control checks, conduct color testing and trials, evaluate and train line operators, and communicate supply needs

Key Requirements
