Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full lifecycle delivery of electrical construction projects (substations, transformers, switchgear, BESS, data-center power distribution, UPS, generators, and low-voltage systems) with on-time and under-budget results.
  • •Serve as overall construction project manager and extreme owner in the field and office.
  • •Manage day-to-day field operations including contractor performance, safety, quality, and coordination across electrical, civil, and related trades.
  • •Perform project controls: scheduling, cost tracking, change management, and progress reporting.
  • •Lead coordination with contractors, fabricators, OEMs, utilities, and stakeholders for approvals, inspections, interconnection, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably on electrical, industrial, data-center, substation, or energy-storage projects.
  • •Knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, safety programs, and quality control for high-voltage and data-center electrical work.
  • •Familiarity with jurisdictional permitting, utility interconnection, and inspection processes.
  • •Ability to work around energized/high-voltage equipment (with proper training and PPE) and work extended hours/weekends as needed.
