Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED required; must also qualify via one of: an associate degree in a technical discipline, 2+ years machine or mechanic experience, one year First Solar technical experience, or six months as a Temporary Manufacturing Engineering Technician at First Solar.
  • •Safety first mindset.
  • •General electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the manufacturing line.
  • •Self-directed with minimal supervision, with good written and oral communication skills in English.
