Job Summary

Lead Visa Direct client-facing field marketing initiatives for CEMEA, driving client adoption, usage, and growth. Own B2B demand generation campaigns across email, social, paid media, events, and webinars; manage event and webinar execution; and track pipeline impact through the sales funnel. Partner closely with Sales, UI/UX, Marketing Services, and Global Customer Growth to translate insights and AI-enabled tools into measurable outcomes and repeatable playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across email, social, paid media, events, and webinars in collaboration with product, sales, and agencies.
•Manage marketing events and webinars from concept to completion, ensuring strong follow-up and pipeline conversion.
•Track leads through the sales funnel and report conversion rates and pipeline contribution with closed-loop reporting to Sales.
•Ensure leads are accurately captured in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and monitored through the sales funnel.
•Use data and AI tools to inform client marketing strategies, execute co-marketing and go-to-market launches, and develop scalable playbooks and best practices.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, client-facing marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field.
•Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is strongly preferred.
•Fluency in Arabic strongly preferred for client engagement across diverse markets.
•Strong understanding of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua, Wrike, Swoogo) and the ability to capture and monitor leads accurately.
