Recruiting Coordinator

Support hourly recruiting by screening candidates, managing applicant records in Workday ATS, and ensuring pre-employment tasks are completed for new hires. Coordinate interviews with production, feed mill, and hatchery leaders; partner with recruiters and HR leadership on openings, offer letters, and orientation scheduling. Represent the company at recruiting events and help maintain accurate rehire status and paperwork through a positive candidate and new hire experience.
