Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for 777 or 787 flight training development and identify customer training needs and requirements.
  • •Develop competency-based training and assessment curriculum, including evaluating objectives, content, design, and technologies.
  • •Prepare briefing/debriefing presentations, lesson plans, and training manuals for type, recurrent, differences, and specialty training for internal and external customers.
  • •Research, develop, deliver, and evaluate effectiveness of technical training, including analyzing effectiveness to revise courseware.
  • •Assist with developing and reconciling courseware and instructor materials, ensuring technical accuracy and collaborating on conflicting inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a flight crew member (e.g., pilot-in-command, first officer, systems operator, navigator, flight engineer).
  • •Valid airline transport pilot license (or foreign equivalent).
  • •10+ years of experience developing flight training courseware for part 121 operations, part 135 operations, or foreign equivalent.
  • •10+ years of experience working with instructional systems designers to develop flight attendant training material.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and analyze training requirements, objectives, and courseware technical accuracy.
