Key Responsibilities

  • •Stock the bar with beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift.
  • •Clean and organize the bar area, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of empty bottles and trash.
  • •Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks to customers.
  • •Maintain inventory by tracking stock, replenishing supplies, and notifying management of shortages or issues.
  • •Support opening and closing procedures and help during busy periods to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience with 2 years relevant working experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including ingredients, preparation, and serving techniques.
  • •Ability to manage inventory levels (stock rotation, restocking, maintaining par levels).
  • •Effective communication skills to interact with bartenders, customers, and staff.
  • •Capability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
