Job Summary

Own master data governance and data quality for customer, vendor, and item domains within the Global Service Centre. Lead MDM operations, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and design validation controls and governance mechanisms. Support onboarding and payment-service integration activities, drive data migration and harmonization, and contribute to ERP transformation (UAT/SIT and cutover). Build KPI/dashboard reporting and automation workflows to improve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accurate master data records and keep master data fit for business use through governance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
•Lead MDM operations across customer, vendor, item, and related master data domains, including validation controls and governance mechanisms.
•Conduct onboarding and due diligence support by collecting KYC documentation and collaborating with compliance teams to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
•Support data migration and transformation activities (migration, harmonization, cleansing) and assist ERP transformation work including UAT/SIT, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
•Develop and monitor dashboards/KPIs/SLAs and drive automation initiatives to reduce manual dependencies while mentoring team members and resolving escalations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•5–6 years of experience in Master Data Management / ERP Data Governance / Shared Services Operations, preferably in payments or financial services.
•Hands-on experience with automation and workflow solutions such as Power Automate and VBA (or similar).
•Strong experience with Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP systems) and enterprise data migration, harmonization, and transformation.
•Experience working with KYC, customer due diligence, and onboarding compliance requirements; ability to work night shift.
