Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing test processes, including test equipment solutions, material selection, parameter optimization, and system design.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to develop and implement test technologies and solutions.
•Perform test process characterization, optimization, and equipment metrology to enable manufacturing of new device architectures.
•Recommend and implement modifications to improve efficiency, manufacturing techniques, output, and cost.
•Stay updated on industry trends in process and material manufacturing and drive strategies in collaboration with vendors.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 6+ years relevant experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
•Proficiency in statistical analysis and data analytics.
•Experience in process characterization, manufacturing process control, and process development.
•Knowledge of experimental design and statistical process control methods.
•Familiarity with test and measurement equipment, mechanical and electrical schematics, and process control systems.
