•Provide operational support to manage the day-to-day site operations to ensure business continuity and efficiency.
•Coordinate schedules, staffing needs, and activity calendars for site programs and services.
•Monitor site inventory, supplies, and equipment; submit requests and track usage as needed.
•Serve as an on-site contact for employees, clients, and partners.
•Prepare, maintain, and track daily, weekly, and monthly reports; maintain records and documentation to support compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 32.05 - 50.36 annually

Key Requirements

•Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2+ years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or related roles.
•Experience supervising or supporting teams is a plus.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative systems.
