Key Responsibilities

•Lead the executive relationship and value workstream for large-scale transformations, ensuring the program delivers on the digital twin promise across the global network
•Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Services, Product, Engineering) to ensure seamless delivery and guide organization design and CoE maturation
•Build board-level business cases articulating financial impact of Process Intelligence to C-Suite executives and develop strategic roadmaps
•Facilitate value workshops and identify opportunities for process enhancement in Supply Chain and Finance functions, deriving improvement measures across core business functions
•Present results and realized value to senior management and drive end-to-end customer value journey from landing to renewing

Key Requirements

•15+ years of relevant experience, ideally in global CPG, logistics, or supply chain-intensive firms with strategy consulting background
•Granular knowledge of the value chain in areas such as supply chain planning, logistics and distribution, fleet/asset management, and order management
•Track record of driving large-scale transformation programs and improving P&L through inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and cash flow
•Technical fluency with modern supply chain tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS/WMS) and ability to translate Celonis use cases into client business context
•MBA strongly preferred; degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering or related field; ability to present to C-level executives (CSCO, CIO, CFO)
