Key Responsibilities

•Advance SEA and performance marketing for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in both concept and day-to-day execution, aligned with the Head of Digital Marketing DACH.
•Manage and coordinate local and global campaigns with agencies across relevant digital channels to ensure budget, targeting, and messaging fit together.
•Analyze campaign performance to show what works, where budget is better invested, and which actions should be taken next.
•Ensure shopping platform and product data feed processes deliver clean product data, correct product targeting, and reliable performance measures.
•Develop product communications, ad materials, and activations for D2C campaigns with category management, sales, and internal marketing teams; contribute to website content and digital customer experience improvements.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in SEA and performance marketing with operational control of digital campaigns.
•Solid working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, DV360, or the Meta Business Manager.
•Data-driven approach using KPIs, budget, and ROI to improve campaigns, not just report results.
•Ability to present and align complex topics clearly in German and English.
•Interest beyond performance marketing in media, e-commerce, and digital customer experience (French is a plus).
