Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage and coordinate launches of new formulations, qualification of alternate materials, and qualification of new or alternate manufacturing plants.
  • •Coordinate new package size offerings and maintain a database of FMC and Toller production capabilities and capacities.
  • •Develop project timelines, keep project information updated, and coordinate progress with Business, Regulatory, Planning, Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Tech Center.
  • •Act as Tech Center primary contact for assessments of new active ingredients, collaborating with appropriate resources on hazard, risk, capability, capacity, and complexity.
  • •Support process safety, continuous improvement, and technical standardization efforts, including Management of Change and participation in Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs).

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • •5-7 years of experience in a chemical environment.
  • •Strong project management experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects and tracking project demands (Microsoft Project).
  • •Experience and knowledge with process safety management.
  • •Strong collaboration, communication, and delegation skills.
