Support construction cost services across large-scale, complex capital projects, advising clients as a trusted commercial advisor from early planning through final account. Lead estimating, cost reporting, cost control, change orders, invoicing, benchmarking, and final accounting including post-contract audits and account closeouts. Manage vendor prequalification and bid processes using cost and takeoff tools, and contribute to lessons learned and process improvements in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
