Job Summary

Own the strategy and day-to-day execution for Armada’s small form factor (SFF) device ecosystem within the Armada Edge Platform. Help qualify new partner devices by defining and running benchmarks and qualification criteria, and support how partners and customers manage large device fleets in a Hub-and-Spoke architecture. Collaborate closely with hardware, engineering, design, QA, and go-to-market teams to deliver device onboarding milestones and product launches.

•Support onboarding of select partner SFF devices onto the Armada Edge Platform (AEP) under senior product direction.
•Assist in defining and executing benchmarks and qualification criteria to evaluate new SFF devices, escalating open questions to senior team members.
•Partner with hardware and engineering teams to assess device compatibility, performance, and production readiness.
•Support development of how Armada, Armada partners, and customers manage large fleets of SFF devices, including documenting Hub-and-Spoke architecture.
•Translate fleet management requirements into product plans, user flows, and acceptance criteria; coordinate cross-functionally to deliver milestones and product launches.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 0-2 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related technical role (internship experience considered).
•Exposure to Kubernetes-based or containerized solutions, ideally involving small form factor (SFF) devices.
•Foundational understanding of distributed systems, edge computing, or infrastructure software concepts.
•Demonstrated ability to execute well-defined tasks with attention to detail and to seek guidance on ambiguous or complex problems.
•Familiarity with agile environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Figma.
