Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Stakeholder communication updates: manage daily updates, maintain records, respond to queries, and escalate issues to senior team members.
•Online operations & customer updates: ensure timely updates, follow up on documentation and approvals, and maintain CRM records.
•Upsell support & target achievement: identify upsell opportunities, support quarterly targets, and log activities in CRM.
•Stakeholder-customer liaison: act as a bridge ensuring accurate information flow and timely status updates.
•End-to-End customer coordination: coordinate online and offline teams, follow up on documents, and uphold SOPs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 25,000 - 45,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of experience in CRM operations, customer operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
•Strong verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Telugu, Kannada or Hindi is an advantage.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requirements and stakeholder interactions simultaneously.
•Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, or project tracking tools.
•Willing to relocate to Hyderabad; open to candidates from anywhere in India.
