Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units.
  • •Check turn-in documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for completeness and accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Coordinate staging and movement, store and organize items in compliant warehouse/yard locations, and perform location surveys, bin checks, and cyclic inventories.
  • •Maintain segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items, and support preparation for Property Accountability Reviews (PARs) and audits.
  • •Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and other MHE to safely move and stage equipment, handle hazardous materials, and input property transactions in GCSS-Army/DPAS/LMP.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (relevant work experience may substitute).
  • •2–4 years of warehouse, supply, or logistics experience (Army or contractor preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army turn-in/supply procedures and property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21).
  • •Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms) and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
  • •Must be able to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility, and travel within the U.S. up to 75%.
