Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program delivery for a flagship transformation program or set of strategic accounts, including program P&L and meeting contractual commitments.
  • •Lead program strategy, management approach, governance, and KPI alignment with the customer at executive and program levels.
  • •Serve as the executive-facing delivery contact for communications, forecasting, risk communication, issue escalation, and resolution up to CxO level.
  • •Lead and uplift Salesforce Professional Services team members through coaching and by contributing to delivery artifacts and methodologies.
  • •Manage scope, budget governance, and risk by anticipating, mitigating, and escalating with recommended paths before issues require escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools, automation, or agentic workflows in a professional services or program delivery context with measurable impact on efficiency and outcomes.
  • •12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience with direct accountability for program execution across financials, risk, scope, and customer outcomes.
  • •Proven track record leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable business outcomes.
  • •5+ years leading large, cross-functional delivery teams across multiple geographies and workstreams, including leading direct and indirect members and third-party system integrators without positional authority.
  • •Direct experience managing engagement-level program financials, including forecasting, earned value analysis, contingency management, and delivered-versus-bid margin.
