Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot issues using digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques, performing preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service, collaborating with Senior Field Service Engineers and following required on-site safety and environmental guidelines.
