Senior Structural/ Mechanical Detail Designer

Deliver structural/outfit detail design solutions aligned with design intent and stakeholder needs for the River Class Destroyer program. Ensure outputs meet regulatory and approval standards through self-checks, peer reviews, BOM reviews, and adherence to the Detail Design Quality Management Process/System. Coach and mentor early-career designers, manage and execute design tasks with technical autonomy, and occasionally deputize for the Technical Lead—Detail Design while collaborating with senior team members in the UK.
