Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the product lead for the enterprise data catalog platform (Alation), defining and executing the strategic roadmap aligned to data governance objectives.
  • •Manage the Alation vendor relationship, including product enhancements, issue resolution, roadmap discussions, quarterly business reviews, and contract coordination.
  • •Partner with the Metadata Management team and Data Governance stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align platform capabilities with governance goals.
  • •Lead evaluation and implementation of new processes and capabilities to improve metadata management, catalog adoption, governance workflows, and user experience.
  • •Drive integration strategy across data governance tools and analyze utilization, governance metrics, and metadata quality indicators to inform product decisions.
