Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and coach a team of mobile software engineers, investing in career growth, professional development, and psychological safety.
  • •Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training for engineering staff on the team.
  • •Partner with product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and editorial partners across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead technical planning, scoping, and execution of software projects.
  • •Conduct software design and code reviews to maintain code health, architectural integrity, and security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years managing, mentoring, or leading mobile software engineers in an Agile organization.
  • •Experience as an individual contributor shipping robust code for a large-scale mobile application.
  • •Hands-on proficiency in Swift/Objective-C (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android).
  • •Strong knowledge of native mobile release infrastructure (App Store Connect/provisioning profiles or Google Play Console/staged rollouts).
  • •Hands-on experience with modern version control systems, primarily Git.
