Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve IT incidents and fulfill service requests for end users through phone, email, walk-up, and the self-service portal.
  • •Provide on-site support for PCN network and systems, including patching and 2.X firewall administration.
  • •Support SAFER and PAS process automation systems life-cycle management and provide project support for related implementations and technology rollouts.
  • •Provision and maintain end-user computing equipment and site equipment (printers, conference room equipment, digital signs, TVs).
  • •Coordinate and escalate IT/OT incidents, monitor requests for accuracy/urgency, maintain a knowledge base, and support IT-OT integration for manufacturing and capital projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a chemical manufacturing facility
  • •A+ certification or equivalent networking experience
  • •CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate
  • •5+ years of IT-industry experience, including some manufacturing environment experience
  • •Strong knowledge of Windows platforms (Windows 10 and Windows Server 2017/2019/2022)
