Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze how workload distribution, productivity, capacity planning, SLA performance, and operational costs work together to improve efficiency and prepare workforce/capacity summaries for management reviews.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert to provide analytical solutioning for multiple businesses/regions, including data management and governance.
  • •Create tools, methodologies, and recommendations to solve complex analytical problems using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • •Develop forecasting models and frameworks to improve forecast accuracy using historical trends and new drivers, continuously enhancing models.
  • •Ensure project quality (timeliness and deliverable accuracy) and adherence to compliance policies, audit recommendations, and internal control requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •1-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analytics, operations analytics, workforce management, capacity planning, statistical modelling, or machine learning.
  • •Strong programming knowledge of Statistical Analysis System (SAS), Structured Query Language (SQL), and Python (2 out of these is must).
  • •Strong knowledge of Credit Bureau data reporting and data management techniques.
  • •In-depth knowledge of financial services and banking operations (must).
  • •Ability to interact confidently with senior management and communicate/synthesize information clearly.
