Job Summary

Support clients’ Structured Finance Obligations (including CLOs, CBOs, and swaps) by maintaining accurate records with agent banks, performing position reconciliation, and reducing reconciliation breaks. Manage daily reconciliations and reporting quality notes, and process trade settlements in WSO/WSO Admin for missing trades and corporate actions. Review source documentation to process new borrowings, rollovers, pay downs, restructurings, and amendments while coordinating with key counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure client records match agent bank reporting and are accurately reflected in Loan Recon.
•Perform position reconciliation for complex sub-clients and research reconciliation breaks to minimize exceptions and improve match rates.
•Process trade settlement in WSO for missing trades and handle rollovers, pay downs, and commitment reductions.
•Complete daily reconciliations and one-off tasks while maintaining high-quality notes and accuracy for reports and results.
•Process daily activity, new deal closings, restructurings, and amendments across asset types by reviewing source documentation and agent bank faxes, and coordinate with counterparties to update system data.
