Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as day-to-day operational and business management partner to Creative Leaders across planning, budgeting, prioritization, and measurement.
  • •Act as a translator between business and creative teams to align expectations, timelines, and priorities before work enters delivery.
  • •Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles, establishing intake pathways and operational rhythms for the creative teams.
  • •Own budget management including forecasting, opening POs, and tracking in partnership with Creative Ops leadership.
  • •Implement and evolve intake/triage workflows and operational maturity practices, including dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into workload, impact, and ROI.
