Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (primarily 2025 and 2022).
  • •Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • •Manage virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere (ESXi hosts and vCenter) and optimize performance of VMs and servers.
  • •Support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and RDS environments, along with SQL Server administration and scheduled backups/restores.
  • •Administer enterprise network and security infrastructure (Check Point firewalls, VPN, switching, VLANs, DHCP, IPSec) and participate in disaster recovery planning/testing and rotating on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience, including virtualization, Citrix/RDS, and enterprise network administration.
  • •Proficiency administering Windows Server 2025, including practical system and server management.
  • •Experience with Active Directory (users/permissions), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and web server management.
  • •SQL Server administration experience covering backups, restores, performance tuning, and user management.
  • •Expertise with network and security administration, including firewall configuration and switching/VLAN management (CCNA preferred).
