Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation and quality of technical project documentation.
  • •Guide complex engineering decisions and ensure alignment with WSP processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • •Plan, schedule, and define engineering deliverables for projects; allocate and oversee engineering resources.
  • •Monitor performance, productivity, and budget adherence; proactively address issues.
  • •Oversee field engineering, produce progress reports, and support continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mining or Mechanical preferred).
  • •P.Eng status in any Canadian province.
  • •15 years of relevant experience, including leadership and supervisory roles.
  • •Broad experience executing multi-discipline engineering work on large/complex projects across the complete EPC/EPCM lifecycle (including field engineering).
  • •Experience managing development of a NI 43-101 or SK1300 (asset) and a track record of innovative engineering execution approaches.
