Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the successful delivery of health and life science projects of varying size and complexity with a team.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for clients and teams related to these commissions.
  • •Follow structured and recognised project management processes and procedures across the project lifecycle.
  • •Proactively monitor progress to ensure commissions are managed in line with company values, financial instructions, industry good practice, and compliance requirements.
  • •Ensure commission execution plans are updated appropriately throughout the commission.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • •Membership of a chartered institute in the construction industry (e.g., RICS, CIBSE, CIOB, APM or MICE).
  • •Achieved or working towards a recognised project management qualification or chartership (e.g., APM PMQ, NEC PM accreditation, MRICs or ChPP).
  • •Experience as a Project Manager in a construction project environment; consultancy and health or life science-related experience is an advantage.
  • •Experience delivering to industry best practice (e.g., NHS Capital Investment Manual, RIBA Plan of Work, OGC Gateways) with strong stakeholder and contract management knowledge.
