Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate transportation operations by analyzing customer fuel delivery requirements and monitoring inventory to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • •Build and manage daily dispatch schedules, optimizing delivery efficiency and coordinating activities with drivers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Assign loads to third-party carriers and ensure timely acceptance and execution while partnering with Supply teams on sourcing and lift-point strategies.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for transportation inquiries, providing timely communication and issue resolution to customers and drivers.
  • •Maintain accurate operational documentation, report and follow up on accidents/spills/safety incidents, and contribute to process improvements and special projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •1 year of dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or related operational experience.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • •Working knowledge of DOT regulations, hazardous materials requirements, and transportation operations.
  • •Preferred: experience in petroleum/fuel transportation, dispatching/logistics/supply chain operations, and/or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
