Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to encourage repeat purchases and capture customer data.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to the Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and shipment/inventory cycles.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred, plus knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 lb regularly and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
