Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement platform features for automated provisioning, deploy pipelines, access control, service lifecycle management, and reliability tooling.
•Build and maintain integrations between the platform and internal systems using CI/CD, identity and secrets management, external APIs, and event-driven hooks.
•Operate secure data access patterns across analytical infrastructure, including RBAC, managed-access schemas, dynamic data masking, secure views, and cross-database grants.
•Automate recurring support patterns such as access provisioning, pipeline failures, service health management, and secrets management to enable self-service.
•Improve observability and incident response with telemetry, alerting, logs, runbooks, and operational patterns; participate in on-call coverage.

•Hands-on experience operating a cloud analytical data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) including access control design, data masking/governance, and cost optimization.
•Experience building and operating containerized applications with Docker and CI/CD (Buildkite, GitHub Actions) plus production deployment automation.
•Ability to build internal platforms/developer tooling that enable self-service and a strong end-to-end developer experience.
•Proficiency integrating systems using REST APIs, OAuth/OIDC, webhook ingestion, secrets management, and identity/SSO patterns.
•Backend fundamentals in Python and SQL, with operational instincts (instrumentation, runbooks, alerts, and durable incident follow-through).
