Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and prepare the forecasted cash flow model and support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • •Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting deliverables to finance leadership and the Executive Committee, including CFO/CEO monthly package reporting.
  • •Manage monthly interest expense forecasts, foreign exchange analysis, and balance sheet FX exposure assessments.
  • •Lead SPAR financial aggregation and coordinate Finance Business Review processes, including documentation and working with project managers to support business cases.
  • •Direct variance analysis against actuals and forecasts; mentor and oversee two analysts and ensure accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and collaborative contributions.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry or a closely related field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are highly preferred.
  • •Extensive experience with financial systems and tools (ERP platforms like Oracle or Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling and analysis.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, including hospitality KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy.
  • •Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, presenting insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders; prior experience managing direct reports preferred.
