Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise production employees in the assigned area.
  • •Participate in employment, staffing, and performance management decisions; maintain personnel records and productivity, quality, and attendance reporting.
  • •Develop and implement schedules and manpower requirements to meet/exceed the production plan based on delivery dates, efficiencies, and material supplies.
  • •Drive plantwide continuous improvement initiatives stemming from YPO Key Projects and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • •Maintain departmental schedules for work, vacation, overtime, and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality expectations and workflow execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 5 years’ experience in direct leadership in lieu of degree.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations or Engineering in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
  • •Lean Manufacturing experience/certification (preferred).
