Key Responsibilities

•Provide efficient, direct support to Relationship Manager in delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining active customer contact, including answering incoming calls for the Relationship Manager
•Strengthen customer relationships by proactively fulfilling Retail Banking needs to improve customer satisfaction
•Proactively solicit business referrals to support Relationship Manager in growing their business portfolio and activity planning
•Initiate and maintain effective communication and cooperation with paired Relationship Manager to achieve business targets
•Ensure smooth daily administrative and operational support for the Relationship Manager in handling customers and related matters

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related discipline OR other relevant qualification is preferable
•Minimum 2 years of work experience in banking/financial services
•Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
•Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua would be an advantage
•Good understanding of banking products, market trends, product knowledge and development
