Coach and mentor teams and organisations to adopt an Agile mindset, ensuring teams understand and follow Agile theory and practices. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration by removing impediments, promoting self-organisation, and enabling effective team ceremonies. Support psychologically safe, transparent environments to drive continuous improvement and maximize value delivered for National Security customers.

•Help individuals, teams, and the wider organisation understand and embrace an Agile mindset.
•Guide, coach, and mentor teams and organisations to adopt Agile ways of working so they can thrive in complex environments.
•Ensure teams and organisations understand and adhere to Agile theory and practices.
•Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and remove barriers/impediments between stakeholders and teams.
•Support team effectiveness through self-organisation, team events and ceremonies, and psychologically safe environments that enable transparency and continuous improvement.
