Senior Data Scientist

Build and deploy end-to-end machine-learning models that predict customer expansion likelihood and churn risk, directly informing revenue strategy. Own production ML systems using scalable MLOps and automated pipelines for retraining, monitoring, and incident response. Partner with engineering and product teams on telemetry schemas and data contracts, run experiments and causal inference, and communicate outcomes clearly to cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
