Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-priority commercial initiatives by defining project plans, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, resolving dependencies, and delivering strategic outcomes.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners to align stakeholders and deliver commitments.
  • •Own key external partnerships by establishing governance, aligning strategic objectives, driving executive engagement, resolving risks, and ensuring execution throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • •Develop and lead analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers to monitor results and inform commercial decision-making.
  • •Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations that frame strategic options, clarify tradeoffs, and guide leadership and partner decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, a healthcare technology company, or a similar execution-focused role in a high-growth healthcare organization.
  • •Experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, healthcare operations, or program/partnership/cross-functional execution roles.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities; PMO or dedicated program management experience is a plus.
  • •Exceptional organizational and project management skills, bringing structure, accountability, and execution to complex initiatives.
  • •Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets, including experience building financial models and dashboards/tracking tools.
