2nd Shift Production Supervisor-Humboldt, TN

Oversee poultry production on the 2nd shift, maintaining high output, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment. Verify daily production orders, manage inventory and shipments, and ensure positions are staffed before line start-up. Supervise line maintenance, processing operations, and human relations activities including training and counseling. Promote daily and monthly safety practices, ensure USDA inspection readiness, and keep accurate rework/return records.
