Job Summary

Provide remote technical support for security incidents at client sites by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving problems in line with support procedures and SLA requirements. Use service assurance tools to analyze service records, maintain accurate CI configuration, update knowledge articles, and document/close incidents. Escalate unresolved issues, coordinate remediation, and monitor service delivery against service levels while ensuring timely ticketing updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a professional remote technical support service to clients by identifying and resolving security technical incidents and problems.
•Maintain support processes, ensuring requests are handled per procedures and that incident/request events meet zero missed SLA conditions.
•Use service assurance software/tools to investigate and diagnose issues; collect performance statistics and create reports.
•Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems following agreed procedures; escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolved.
•Maintain secure and accurate configuration of configuration items (CIs), track/log corrective actions, and document/close incidents per procedures.

Key Requirements

•Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Associate level certification in security technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterConnect, Sonus).
•Entry-level knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterCOnnect, and Sonus.
•Entry-level experience with security technologies such as firewall, IPS, IDS, and proxy.
•Entry-level experience in technical support, diagnosis/troubleshooting, and providing remote support in security technologies.
