Partner with TikTok Operations to drive budgeting and strategic investment decisions across the US and LATAM. Own financial planning and forecasting cycles, monitor budget consumption, and run variance analysis for key teams. Support monthly management reporting and business reviews with insights from financial and operational data. Perform performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities, optimize finance practices, and deliver value-added industry and efficiency analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic support and advice to finance and functional leads.
•Support financial planning: develop near-term/long-term budgets, monitor consumption, perform variance analysis, and update forecasts.
•Participate in monthly closing for management reporting and organize business reviews to drive insights.
•Conduct financial performance analysis for the Ops regional business and US vertical teams and propose performance improvements.
•Partner with business units to deliver financial advice and run value-added industry and cost-efficiency analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Finance or equivalent) or higher.
•Minimum 5 years of FP&A (or equivalent) experience in a technology, content, publisher, or media company.
•Ability to work with large volumes of data and communicate insights clearly.
•Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
•Strong communication, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills.
