Job Summary

Lead all aspects of a fast-paced manufacturing site in Phoenix, managing performance across safety, quality, efficiency, preventative maintenance, and bottom-line results. Drive site business objectives, compliance with local and federal environmental responsibilities, and continuous improvement. Manage expenses, capital project requests, production KPIs and reports, and ensure correct BOMs and product delivery. Recruit, develop, and mentor a strong site team across multiple shifts and plants/machines.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure excellence through the five plant fundamentals: safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, productivity, and quality.
•Manage financial performance by controlling expenses and meeting expected financial goals.
•Drive continuous improvement by building a site culture focused on excellence and sharing best practices across sites.
•Ensure correct BOMs and that products are manufactured within BOM cost and quality commitments, meeting delivery expectations.
•Recruit, develop, mentor, and direct site staff, including planning and executing training programs and holding teams accountable to site goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing.
•Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
•Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.
•Ability to ensure compliance with local and federal environmental responsibilities.
