Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of funds and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by uncovering needs, cross-selling through outbound calling, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, online and mobile banking) and serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution. Comply with internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
