Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee deliveries (unpacking, organisation) and liaise with suppliers for damaged or missing items.
  • •Maintain accurate stock control, rotation, and regular stock takes; keep inventory data up to date.
  • •Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance, including monitoring product dates and managing waste/recycling audits.
  • •Deliver inventory fulfilment, including 100% picking rate for next-day deliveries and final quality checks before dispatch.
  • •Provide operational support including storing/labeling for multiple departments, preparing stock for maintenance site visits, and providing driver/vehicle cover when needed.
