Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage NAV operations and deliver NAV-related packs and activities in line with performance level agreements for timeliness and quality.
  • •Lead and oversee direct reports and indirect headcount as required; drive staff motivation, performance management, and development plans.
  • •Continuously review and improve processes and procedures, identify manual process reductions, and support technology upgrades and UAT as needed.
  • •Monitor and mitigate operational risks through checkpoints, internal control standards, governance trackers, and regular reviews; coordinate audit point implementation with regulators.
  • •Ensure management information updates, reporting accuracy, customer-centric quality initiatives, escalation handling, and cross-market standardization of best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or qualifications in accounting/finance.
  • •Excellent knowledge of end-to-end Fund Accounting and Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation processes, including understanding of NAV activities.
  • •5+ years of relevant funds administration experience, including performing and reviewing funds in accounting and valuations.
  • •Strong accounting knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, accounting principles, and financial statements.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage and analyze management information activities.
